The 25% close rate is sourced: ServiceTitan found that trade shops with fewer than 5 technicians book 24% of their calls (2022, 3,000+ businesses). Everything else is an assumption, the reply rate included. Nobody publishes a credible missed-call textback reply rate, so we won't pretend one exists.
