What's the difference between the plan and the other services?
The Runlit Plan is the foundation — website, textback, reviews, inbox, business line, Google Business Profile, and auto follow-up. The "other services" are bolt-ons for when the phone's already ringing and you want to pour gas on it: paid ads, advanced SEO, extra service pages, marketing campaigns, voice AI. You can turn those on anytime; nothing is locked behind a tier.
What if I cancel?
No penalty. You email us, we turn it off. You keep your domain and your Google reviews. Nothing is ransomed — that's not how we do business.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own your domain. The content is yours. If you ever leave, we'll help you take the content with you.
What about my phone number?
Two options. You keep your existing business number and we layer the AI textback on top — customers never see a different number. Or you take the new business line we include with the plan and use that going forward. Your call.
