How Runlit handles the information you share through this site, on calls, and over SMS. We collect what we need to run your plan and not a byte more.

PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 26, 2026

01

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site or book a call, we collect the contact details you give us — your name, business name, phone number, email, and a short note about what you're looking for. We use it to reach you back and walk you through what working with Runlitwould look like. That's it.

We also collect anonymous analytics on which pages get visited and how the site performs (we use Vercel Speed Insights for this). No personal data, no cross-site tracking pixels, no ads.

02

How we use it

We use your contact details to:

  • Reach out about your inquiry — usually a phone call or text within a business day.
  • Send you a written proposal or follow-up if we agree to work together.
  • Stay in touch occasionally if a fit isn't there today but might be later.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information. We do not run email marketing blasts off this list.

03

Mobile information & SMS

By submitting a form on runlit.io that includes your mobile phone number, you give Runlit express written consent to contact you by SMS text message at the number you provided, including by automated means, regarding your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can still call or email us instead.

Types of messages. Conversational replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, proposal follow-ups, and occasional account or service updates. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your conversation with us — typically fewer than 5 messages per week, never more than what's needed to handle your request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out / get help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately — you'll get one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us through the contact page.

No sharing of mobile information. Your mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information (including phone numbers, opt-in status, and consent) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our own service delivery (e.g. our SMS messaging provider) is permitted; all other categories of sharing are restricted.

04

Who else sees it

Form submissions are routed through our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase). Text messages are sent through our SMS provider (Signal House), which carries them to mobile carriers; carriers see only the phone numbers and message content, as required to deliver the message. Replies are written with the help of AI models from Anthropic, which receive the conversation only to produce the reply; recorded calls may be transcribed by OpenAI. Email is sent through Resend and payments run through Stripe. The team at Runlit sees your details. No third-party advertisers, no list brokers, no data sales.

05

Your choices

Google Calendar data

If you're a Runlit client and you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Runlituses it for two things only. It asks Google when you're busy, so it never offers your customers a time you already have something booked; Google answers with busy times only, never the titles, details or guests of your events. And it puts the jobs it books for you on a separate “Runlit jobs” calendar it creates in your account (ones still waiting for your OK are marked “Penciled in”), moving or removing them when a job changes. It cannot read or change anything on your own calendars, and it never reads your email or contacts. Google tells Runlit your email address once, so the app can show which account is connected.

Storage. The access Google grants is stored encrypted and used only for those two things. Disconnect any time from Settings in the Runlitapp (which also deletes the “Runlit jobs” calendar) or from your Google Account's third-party access page, and we delete the stored access.

Sharing. Google Calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with anyone except as needed to run this feature, and never used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

Limited Use. Runlit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
